If you upload images to our website, please avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download and extract location information from images displayed on the site.

3. Guest Terms & Conditions (Hotel Use Policy)

To ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, the following rules apply:

Food & Beverages

Outside food and drinks are not permitted within the hotel premises.


Room Occupancy

  • Maximum of two (2) guests per room
  • Exception: The ₦60,000 Special Room allows up to four (4) guests

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
Violation attracts a $100 penalty.


Pets

Pets are not allowed anywhere on the hotel premises.


Payment Methods

Payments via Opay, PalmPay, or Kuda are not accepted.
Guests are advised to use approved payment methods only.


Photoshoots & Decorations

  • Photoshoots attract a ₦50,000 fee per day
  • Photoshoots are not allowed at night or in the reception area
  • Alterations to rooms, walls, POP ceilings, or hotel structures are prohibited
  • Fireworks, flames, or special effects are strictly forbidden indoors

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

Access Cards

Lost room cards attract a ₦15,000 replacement fee.


Refund Policy

All payments made to Soulmate Hotels are non-refundable.


Age Restriction

Only guests 19 years and above are allowed on the premises.
Minors are strictly prohibited.


Reservation & Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so will be treated as a no-show, and the reservation will be voided without refund.


Third-Party Bookings

Guests making reservations on behalf of others are responsible for ensuring the booked guest reads and complies with this policy.


Security Policy

For safety reasons, weapons and ammunition of any kind are not allowed on the premises.
This includes, but is not limited to: handguns, rifles, shockers, or similar items.
